Do they check everything? Or do you have to specifically have to ask them to check for sugar in your urine, which could indicate diabetes?
I wanted to know how a doctor tests a person to acquire out id they have diabetes? Do they just prick your finger, or is it a blood test where they have to draw blood with a needle of what?
I do not have insurance to go to a doctor but I am wondering if I have diabetes. I have to urinate a lot, I get light headed and shaky if I do not constantly have sugar, my urine has a sweet odor, I get thirsty a lot. How do I self treat?
If someone were to go get a normal routine physical at the doctors would he without checking for it, come across diabetes, if he didnt take urine? Just wondering. Thanks!
